Four things that make our estimate different.
Most handyman estimates are loose verbal numbers. Ours are line-itemed, materials-spec'd, and firm before any work starts.
Written, not verbal
Every estimate is written and sent before any work starts. Nothing happens on a handshake or "we'll figure it out." If we discussed it on a call, you still get the written version before we book the visit.
Final invoice matches
The estimate is the firm number. The final invoice matches unless scope changes mid-job — and we always talk through changes before continuing. No surprise line items at billing time.
Materials spelled out
Paint brand, trim profile, fixture model, hardware finish — all named on the estimate. You know what's going on the wall before we drive to the supplier.
No commitment to estimate
Estimates are free, no commitment. If our number's higher than another bid you have, tell us — we'll explain what's in our scope vs. theirs and let you make the call.
