No. Send one list and we'll give you one written estimate covering everything. If any item needs to come off the list mid-job (wrong part, hidden damage, scope creep), we'll talk through it before continuing — no surprise charges.

We don't take on full-scale remodels or new-construction builds. Bigger specialty scopes — a full roof tear-off, a new HVAC system — get an honest conversation first: some Benny handles, some he'll point you to the right specialty contractor for. Ask, and you'll get a straight answer.
