Kalamazoo · Kalamazoo County · Since 2025

Honey-Do list service in Kalamazoo and Kalamazoo County, since 2025.

That list on the fridge, in one visit. Multiple small jobs batched into a single trip — one written estimate, one afternoon, the whole list handled. Cheaper than booking each little job on its own.

How it works

Small jobs, batched into a single visit.

Booking a handyman for one tiny job at a time is the expensive way to do it. Batching the list into one visit spreads the trip across everything on it — you get the whole list done in one afternoon instead of three separate visits, and it costs less.

Mixed Small Jobs

Drywall patches, picture hanging, door fixes, fixture swaps, baseboard touch-ups, caulk refresh, weatherstrip replacement, gate latches. Anything in our service scope.

  • Multi-trade in one visit
  • Mostly indoor, some outdoor
  • Send the full list when you book

Half-Day Lists

The classic honey-do shape: a handful of small fixes that add up to about half a day. Batched into one visit, they share one trip and one setup — noticeably cheaper than booking them one by one.

  • 6–10 small items typical
  • One trip, one setup
  • One written estimate for the lot

Full-Day Lists

For the bigger lists — seasonal maintenance and a couple of meatier jobs landing together. Benny sets aside the full day and works the list top to bottom.

  • 10–15 items typical
  • Best for whole-house punch lists
  • Seasonal maintenance batched in

Multi-Trade Visit

Drywall + paint + fixture + trim — one pair of hands, one visit. The reason we lean into "the punch list" as our core service: most homes don't need one trade, they need three.

  • Drywall, paint, fixtures, trim
  • Sequenced for efficiency
  • One estimate covers everything
How it works

From list-on-the-fridge to list-done.

01

Send the list

Email or text everything you've been meaning to get done. Photos help us pre-plan tools and materials. The longer the list, the better — batching is where the savings come from.

02

Estimate the list

One written estimate covers the whole list — half-day or full-day visit, any specific materials itemized, and the list prioritized so you know what gets done first if we run long.

03

Schedule

We set aside a half- or full day for the visit — a real date, Mon–Fri 8am–5:30pm — so the jobs get sequenced efficiently, with no leaving in the middle to grab parts.

04

Work the list

We arrive, walk the list, work top to bottom. Halfway through we'll let you know how we're tracking against the time. Clean up after each item, final clean before we leave.

Honey-Do pricing

Priced per list, in writing, before we start.

Every list is priced per estimate — fixed-price or hourly, whichever fits the work — and batching several small jobs into one visit costs less than booking each one separately. Send the list; the estimate comes back free and in writing.

Honey-Do FAQ

What people ask about Honey-Do visits.

Anything in our service scope — drywall patches, fixture swaps, door fixes, trim repair, picture hanging, baseboards, deck repair touch-ups, paint touch-ups, fence post repair, and the dozen other small things that have been on the list for months. Send the full list when you book; Benny will look it over, prioritize, and tell you what fits in one visit.
Still send it. A short list is usually a quick hourly visit; a longer list is where batching pays off, because several small jobs in one trip cost less than booking a separate visit for each. Benny will tell you which way makes more sense after he sees the list — the estimate is free and in writing either way.
We'll tell you up front, before the visit. You can prioritize the list and we tackle the most important items in the time we have, or we schedule a follow-up visit for the leftovers. Most clients prioritize — we work top-to-bottom on the list and let you know halfway through how we're tracking against the time.
We bring tools, fasteners, basic supplies (caulk, painter's tape, drywall mud, common screws and anchors), and a stocked truck. Specific materials — paint colors, replacement fixtures, particular door hardware, trim profiles — we either pick up on the way (added to the estimate at cost) or you supply. Either way, the materials list goes on the estimate so there are no surprises.
No — Benny drives out from Parchment, just north of Kalamazoo, and trip time across the service area is built into the estimate, not tacked on as a surprise fee. Everything that affects the price is itemized on the written estimate up front, so you can see exactly what you're paying for before you approve the visit.
