You get a free written estimate before anything starts: same-day for most smaller projects, within two business days for larger residential jobs. The final invoice matches the estimate unless scope changes mid-job, and we always talk through changes before continuing.
Yes — every estimate is free and written. For most projects a photo and a short description by phone, text, or the form is enough. Larger scopes get a free on-site walkthrough.
Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or card. Credit and debit card payments carry a 3% processing fee — every other method has no fee.
Because the honest answer is "it depends on the job." A rate sheet can't see your project; an estimate can. Fixed-price where the scope is clear, hourly where it's open-ended — and the written number you approve before work starts is what you actually pay.
